Returns and Refund Policy


Foods and perishable goods cannot be returned. Power Play Fuel Food Based Natural Supplements are perishable goods, we cannot offer a refund or exchanges on any purchases.

To keep in compliance with our quality protocols, we cannot allow products to return to our warehouse once they have left. As you can understand, we cannot control what happens to goods once they leave the warehouse. We have set this policy to ensure you are getting the highest possible standards and to safeguard your health.

For accessories we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@powerplayfuel.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note: returned items must be received in their original packaging and condition, unused and with tags attached or they will not be accepted for a refund. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We will notify you once we've received your return, and you'll be refunded on your original payment method, less the cost of the shipping label we provided for the return.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your return, please contact us at info@powerplayfuel.com.

Damages and issues
In all other cases where your product does not arrive or is damaged, Power Play Fuel can issue a discretionary refund. If Power Play Fuel decides to issue a refund, credit will be applied to your original mode of payment.
If you received the wrong product in error, please email us immediately and we will resolve the issue at our cost.
Power Play Fuel is not liable for any goods lost or damaged by UPS, USPS, FedEx, Amazon or any other third party postage carries.

When we can refund your order:

Ordered too much
If you’ve made a mistake and ordered more products than you actually wanted to buy, please contact us within 24 hrs. of your purchase at info@powerplayfuel.com so, we can cancel the order on your behalf. Please note that once you’ve already received our products, it’s not possible to issue a refund.

Customer refused delivery
If you have changed your mind after your order has shipped and it is refused at delivery - you will be refunded upon return of the order to our warehouse.

We do not allow returns or refunds for the following reasons:

Didn’t like the taste
The taste of our products is important for us, so we strive to formulate supplements that improve your health while tasting delicious. And while we understand that good taste is subjective and depends on who tries our products, we also know there’s always room for improvement. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds based on complaints regarding the taste of our products.

Being allergic to the product or an ingredient
It’s your responsibility to research the ingredients in the product to determine if there is anything you are or could be allergic to. You can find all the ingredients and nutritional facts panels on the product page. If you need further clarification, we recommend consulting with our customer service team first before ordering.

Any return made without first contacting info@powerplayfuel.com will be considered an unauthorized return and can not be refunded.
