You can pay for your order using the following methods:

Shipping policy

Shipping details are calculated at checkout. Estimated shipping rates depend on the shipping weight and delivery address.

Free standard shipping in the USA for orders over $75.

Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are shipped via USPS. All other states are shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS.

Power Play Fuel does not ship internationally. If changes are made, an announcement will be made.

 

Shipment Processing Time

Please allow up to 24 hours from receipt of payment for your order to ship out.

If you place your order before 2 PM Eastern time, Monday through Friday, we will do our best to ship it the same business day. Any orders placed after 2 PM EST will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed after 2 PM EST on Friday will be shipped the following Monday, along with those placed on Saturday and Sunday, excluding holidays.

 

USPS delivers Monday-Saturday, excluding holidays. 

FedEx delivers Monday-Sunday, excluding holidays. FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to become active once your order has shipped.

To ensure proper delivery, a phone number is required for all shipments.

 

If your order was marked delivered according to your tracking number, and you have not received it, we recommend checking with your family, friends and neighbors to see if they have seen your package. If they have not, please contact your local Post Office with the tracking information to file a missing package claim.
